Shot of the bow guns on the sunken USS Emmons, off Kouri Island, Okinawa
Sunken Bow of the USS Emmons in Okinawa. You can see the hole where one of the kamikaze planes hit. This part of the wreck is in 45m of water.
Had amazing dive today with Richard from English Empire Divers in Chatan, Okinawa. We drove for an hour north to Kouri Island, where we caught a local boat for the ten minute ride out the ship. Resting in 45m it is an amazing dive as you can see.
Taken during second dive at Kerama Islands, Okinawa. I chased the snake to get a good shot up until he stopped. Then I remembered how poisonous they can be.
